Service Description

Soma Meditative Yoga is a gentle, inward-focused online practice that blends somatic movement, breath, and meditation to help you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. Movements are simple and accessible, with each posture gradually dissolving into moments of stillness and silence — allowing a natural meditative state to emerge without effort or force. This class is open to all bodies and all levels, with no prior yoga or meditation experience required. Whether you’re carrying stress, seeking clarity, or longing for a calmer, more grounded way to begin your Sunday, this practice offers a safe and supportive space to rest, listen, and reconnect with yourself. After registering, a Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the start of class, so you can easily join live from wherever you are. Come as you are.
