This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Donations

All donations made to Global Initiative for Somatic Transformation (GIST) are final and non-refundable.

 

Depending on the nature of the event or initiative, donations may be eligible for tax receipts. Eligibility will be clearly communicated at the time of donation.

Digital Content & On-Demand Courses

All digital content, including but not limited to:

 

  • On-demand courses

  • Recorded classes

  • Digital programs

  • Downloadable materials

 

is non-refundable once access has been granted, regardless of whether the content is fully or partially viewed.

 

This policy exists due to the immediate access nature of digital materials.

Live Online Classes & Events

Refunds for live online classes, workshops, or events are generally not provided, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of registration.

 

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at GIST’s discretion if:

 

  • The event is canceled by GIST

  • Exceptional circumstances arise (e.g., technical failure preventing access)

In-Person Classes, Workshops & Events

All donations made to Global Initiative for Somatic Transformation (GIST) are final and non-refundable.

 

Depending on the nature of the event or initiative, donations may be eligible for tax receipts. Eligibility will be clearly communicated at the time of donation.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

 

You may cancel a membership at any time to prevent future charges. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

Event Changes or Cancellations

GIST reserves the right to:

 

  • Modify event dates, times, instructors, or formats

  • Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

 

If an event is canceled by GIST, participants will be offered either:

 

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future offering
