Service Description
This weekly Soma Gathering blends open conversation, lived inquiry, and gentle somatic practice into one integrated experience. Each session begins with guided conversation led by Dr. Jivasu, exploring real-life themes such as somatic identity, emotional wellbeing, healing, grief, and personal transformation. The gathering then moves into simple somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, and shared silence to support nervous system integration. This is not a traditional yoga class. Yoga mats are optional, and you may sit in a chair, on bolsters, or on the floor—whatever feels most supportive. Come as you are and participate at your own pace.
