Conversations & Meditations with Jivasu
Join Jivasu for an evening of reflection, inquiry, and embodied presence.
Service Description
These gatherings are designed as open, human conversations that explore the deeper questions of living — touching on themes such as somatic identity, emotional and mental wellbeing, trauma and healing, grief, transformation, and navigating life’s transitions. Rather than offering answers to memorize, each session invites insight through lived experience and attentive listening. The evening unfolds through guided discussion and Q&A, followed by somatic breathwork, meditation, and shared silence — creating space for clarity, grounding, and inner recalibration. This is not a typical yoga class. Yoga mats are not required. Participants are welcome to sit in a chair, on bolsters, or on a mat if they choose — whatever best supports comfort and presence. The class is donation-based for non-members, with a suggested contribution of $10, offered in the spirit of accessibility and shared learning. Included with "In-Person Membership" only. Come curious. Come as you are. Leave more connected to yourself and the life you’re living.
