Service Description

All Levels is a gentle yet deeply effective practice designed to help you reconnect with your body through movement, breath, and sensation. The class focuses on opening and stretching the body, improving mobility and flexibility, and developing greater awareness of how your body feels from the inside out. You’ll move at a steady, accessible pace with simple postures and breathing practices that stimulate the fascia and nervous system, allowing tension to soften and natural ease to return. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, offering space to move, explore, and adapt the practice to your own needs. You’ll leave feeling more open, relaxed, and embodied in your everyday life.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment • All in-person movement classes must be booked in advance through Somapath.org. • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. • Class passes and memberships are non-transferable. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start time. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in: • Loss of the class credit, or • A late cancellation fee (if applicable). • Missed classes are not refundable. Arrival & Participation • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle and prepare. • Late arrivals may be refused entry once class has begun, for safety and group integrity. • Participation is self-regulated — students are encouraged to modify, rest, or stop at any time. Health & Responsibility • These classes involve physical movement and somatic awareness. • Participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own physical and emotional wellbeing. • Soma Path instructors do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
