A message about this conference

Most approaches to change work at the wrong level.

Insight, willpower, and mental strategies can take you only so far. The patterns that create stress, reactivity, and disconnection are not held in the mind. They are held in the body — in the nervous system, in the tissues, in the way you have learned to move through the world.

The Science of Somatic Transformation Conference brings together eight sessions across two days to examine what transformation actually requires. Not from a theoretical perspective, but from the ground of somatic experience itself. You will hear from teachers and practitioners who work at this level every day.

Soma Path and SHEN have built this event for the people who sense there is a deeper layer — and who are ready to understand what it is and how to work with it.

Eight sessions. Two days. Lasting clarity.

• Why stress, chronic pain, and reactivity persist despite years of work, and what is actually driving them

• The difference between somatic awareness and somatic transformation, and why the distinction matters

• Practices you can bring into your work immediately, whether you are a practitioner, clinician, or individual

• A grounded framework for understanding the body as the primary site of lasting change

• Direct transmission from teachers who have spent decades working at this level

Who you will learn from

Each presenter brings decades of direct experience in somatic work - clinical, scientific, and contemplative.
